Allen Rezhets is the Managing Director of Asset Management at University Place Asset Management (UPLAM), where he brings over a decade of construction and asset management experience to lead strategic investments and optimize asset performance. In his role, Allen leverages his deep background in overseeing major projects and managing construction loans as a lender to drive UPLAM’s growth and success.

His diverse project portfolio includes there positioning of 260/261 Madison Ave, the construction of Arte Surfside Condominium and 64 University Place Condominium, the conversion of the 360 Central Park West Condominium, and the acquisition, renovation, and repositioning of the Mountain View Grand Hotel. Allen’s hands-on involvement throughout the entire project lifecycle— from planning and design to execution and asset management—has equipped him to identify opportunities and mitigate risks effectively. Allen holds a master’s degree in philosophy from Long Island University.
