Ian Burke is a Vice President of Asset Management at University Place Asset Management (UPLAM), where he is responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of real estate assets, focusing on maximizing returns and minimizing risks for investors. He is instrumental in valuing and implementing real estate investments across various asset types and has been pivotal in expanding UPLAM’s credit and equity asset management portfolio.
With a strong focus on underwriting new acquisitions and overseeing asset performance, Ian ensures the seamless execution of the firm’s real estate investments. His analytical approach and strategic execution have contributed significantly to UPLAM’s continued growth and success.
Ian holds a B.S. in Hotel Administration from Cornell University, with a minor in Real Estate Finance and Accounting. Outside of work, he is a dedicated volunteer fireman, an avid skier, and enjoys cooking—pursuits that reflect his passion for teamwork, discipline, and creativity.
