Mark Moskowitz is a Co-Founder and President of University Place Asset Management (UPLAM), where he oversees the firm’s strategic direction and leadership across investment activities and operations. With more than 37 years of experience in real estate, finance, and asset management, Mark is responsible for guiding UPLAM’s investment strategies and ensuring the firm's continued growth and success. He leads a team of professionals committed to delivering value and managing risk across various asset classes.

In conjunction with UPLAM, Mark serves as the President and CEO of Argo Real Estate, overseeing the management of thousands of residential and commercial units across New York City and New Jersey. Since its inception more than 70 years ago, Argo Real Estate continues to be a leading management firm that has won Crains “Best Places to Work” three years in a row. Under Mark’s leadership, Argo Real Estate has expanded its footprint, managing a wide range of high-value properties throughout New York City and beyond.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Mark is deeply involved in philanthropy, serving as co-chairof the American Society for Holocaust Education and Remembrance (ASHER) and on the boards of several organizations, including the American Friends of Sheba Medical Center and Batsheva Dance Company.

Mark graduated from Columbia Collegein 1985 and furthered his education at Columbia University’s Graduate School of Business Executive MBA Program and the Wharton School’s Family Business Program. Outside of work, Mark enjoys skiing, running, fitness activities, and spending quality time with his family.
