Before joining UPLAM, Rafi spent seven years as a Management and Development Associate at Argo Real Estate, where he was responsible for overseeing property operations, executing development projects, and optimizing asset performance. Prior to that, he spent five years as an Investment Sales Broker at Marcus & Millichap, advising clients on acquisitions, dispositions, and repositioning strategies.
This diverse background enables him to approach asset management with a comprehensive understanding of both market dynamics and investment strategy. Rafi holds a B.A. in Business Administration from The George Washington University School of Business and a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development from New York University.
