With over 25 years of experiencein real estate asset and financial management, Richard plays a key role in overseeing long-term capital funding planning, preparing monthly investor reports, and reviewing annual financial statements for clients. His expertise in optimizing accounting systems ensures that finances remain accessible, accurate, and easy to manage.

Prior to joining UPLAM, Richard was the Controller at Argo Real Estate, where he oversaw all financial operations including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Richard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting from Northeastern University. In his spare time, Richard enjoys traveling, playing golf, and spending time with family and friends.
